Sick Puppies are finishing up the new album and getting ready to give it to the world - and this World Crew. We are going to make this the BIGGEST and BEST year ever for our band, crew and music lovers everywhere.

In the last two years we have learned a whole lot about how to create, organize and help pilot an amazing family of fans. We've also learned what doesn't work in recruiting our amazing team of ambassadors, RTLs and moderators.

This year we\ll be implementing some changes in the structure of our RTLs, Ambassadors & World Crew.

Let's start with definitions:

World Crew Members - World Crew members are dedicated to helping Sick Puppies get the recognition they deserve. They are fans who subscribe to the band's newsletter, have the band friended on their MySpace and/or Facebook accounts and are willing to give a call to a radio station to request them. They're not asked to do anything beyond the support they would normally give on a daily basis. World Crew members CAN cover a show if an Ambassador is not available to do so.


Ambassadors - Ambassadors are World Crew members who want to do more to help Sick Puppies achieve their goal of World Domination, one fan at a time. All Ambassadors are asked to dedicate a minimum of one hour a week of their time to radio requests, fan forum projects (other than SPWC), Ambassador campaigns, SPWC forum interaction, assigned team projects, contests, etc. Ambassadors are asked to cover shows in their area (or any area they can attend) if there is no Senior Ambassador assigned in their region or if their Senior is unable to do so. There are only FIVE Ambassadors (as a general rule) per region so we must choose carefully the most dedicated and diligent fans of Sick Puppies to fill these limited positions.

Ambassadors are chosen based on points earned, applications submitted, phone interviews, activity and participation during their 90 day probation period AND their continued efforts, positive attitude, maturity and dedication to Sick Puppies. There is no specific "term" for Ambassadors. However we reserve the right to change levels of Ambassadors back to World Crew status if at any time they are unable to fulfill the expectations mentioned above for Ambassadors. (All Ambassadors will receive written and/or verbal communication about their status and given a time frame to decide whether to pursue Ambassadorships or continue as World Crew members.)

Regional Team Leaders - Ambassadors - Ambassadors are chosen as leads for their region. Their dedication is always shown by going above and beyond what is asked and expected of Ambassadors. There can only be a very limited number of Regional Team Leaders (RTLs) and these titles are not given out arbitrarily - they are well earned.

Moderators - Mods are all of the above as well as leaders who can dedicate significantly more time on a daily basis to promoting Sick Puppies, assisting their fellow Ambassadors, Regional Team Leaders and World Crew members in many areas.

Moderators are the most diligent, dedicated and ambitious of all our members. They have committed to moderating all areas of this board on a daily basis. They do the majority of the voting on all Ambassador/Crew issues and are the first line of assistance the Admin team goes to for support on all levels.

Administrators - Administrators do all of the above, plus work directly with band and management to put projects in motion, create and deliver amazing crew content and exclusive prizes and keep Sick Puppies and their World Crew a formidable (and fun!) force of Sick music.

All of the levels above (with the exception of Administrators) are titles/levels earned by hard work and dedication to Sick Puppies, Sick Puppies World Crew and fellow fans. We are thrilled to have ALL Sick Puppies fans at any/all levels working with us to help Sick Puppies achieve WORLD DOMINATION...ONE FAN AT A TIME.
